Put it in the right hands.

A clear promise, a real invitation and evidence of what people actually did.

You’ll leave with
Launch record

Understand the move.

A launch is a test of whether the right people understand the promise and can reach the value. Choose a small group with the problem you observed. Tell them what they can do and make the next action clear.

Separate distribution from value. Views, replies and compliments can help you diagnose reach; they do not show that the product solved the problem. Watch the workflow and record where someone needed help.

Worked example · a small studio launch

Five invitations, three actual attempts

Invited five studio leads already rebuilding briefs. Three tried it with a client; two completed a handoff. One could not tell whether the client had submitted. We fixed the status before inviting more studios. No claim of repeat demand yet.

The useful record traces reach through attempted use to an outcome, and shows the friction that changed the product.

We got 800 impressions and 20 likes. The launch validated demand.
