Email updates

When you subscribe, your email is stored in Product Builders’ own email-provider list for publication updates. If you join the Mac beta, the email and interests you share are stored in the Product Builders database for beta invitations. Neither signup adds you to another product’s list. A workspace account or challenge enrollment does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

You can unsubscribe from publication emails using their preference link. Provider suppression preferences are respected. To request access or removal, contact Adam Ball.

Optional marketing analytics

PostHog analytics run only if you allow them. They count public page visits, selected clicks and signup outcomes using a random visit identifier. They do not receive your email address, form contents, URL query strings or account identity. No session recording is used. You can change your choice through the Analytics control at the bottom of the website.

Optional app analytics

Your app analytics choice is separate from website analytics. If you allow it, PostHog counts account setup, fixed workspace sections, onboarding and challenge enrollment outcomes with an anonymous visit identifier. It does not receive your name, email, account ID, project contents or workspace links. A local account reference keeps this preference separate between accounts; it is never sent to PostHog. Signing out clears that visit identifier, and another account needs its own choice. Change your choice using App analytics preferences at the bottom of the app.

Browser privacy signals suppress optional analytics. Operational records needed to save your account, work and progress remain in the Product Builders database.
